Geri Napuck opened Napuck Law Offices, P.A. in 1993, after working as an associate in a family law firm. She has practiced exclusively in the area of family law since 1990, taking a temporary hiatus to parent her son. Geri has extensive experience representing clients in divorces, child custody issues, parenting issues, property division, spousal maintenance, post-divorce matters, paternity and most recently has added pet mediations her list of mediation services. Geri pays attention to details, assesses and discusses realistic options with her clients and is responsive to clients’ concerns.

Completing basic family law mediation training in 2004 through the Dispute Resolution Institute with Hamline University School of Law, Geri is a qualified neutral in Minnesota. In 2005-2006, Geri completed advanced family law mediation training with Chris Leick, owner and founder of Dispute Resolution Services (DRS), a well respected mediation firm located in Edina, Minnesota. Geri joined DRS as one of four family law mediators in 2007 with a focus on parenting, post-decree and pet topics.

Geri continues to practice family law with Napuck Law Offices, P.A., in conjunction with her work as a family law mediator. She is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association, Family Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Solo/Small Law Practice sections, a Member of the Hennepin County Bar Association, and a board member of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts (AFCC) - Minnesota Chapter.
